Refunds & Returns

We offer a 30‑day return policy from the date of delivery on the tracking details provided by the carrier.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Return shipping is free for eligible items.

Perishable goods, opened vitamins/supplements, and custom blends are final sale.
Customers may be provided store credit on non‑eligible items under certain circumstances.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Restocking fees of 5% of the total sale will be deducted from the refund transaction unless the return is due to the fault of Online Vitamins.
